Rural Resilience Calendar of Events
The Rural Resilience Project seeks to support rural landowners that are committed to regenerating their soil. The soil is the planets second largest carbon reservoir on the planet, capable of storing at least half of the excess carbon in the atmosphere. Soil serves as a powerful carbon sink and plays a vital role in drought-proofing, water retention, productivity, erosion control, and slip stabilisation.
Workshops and movies are coming soon to Waitoki Hall (August - December 2025).
The Rural Resilience team will also be at Waitoki and Puhoi Markets.
